Ted joined GE and the GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS) team in 1996 as financial advisor in the Finance organization and later moved into a commercial oversight role. As Executive Vice President & Manager – Leasing Operations Ted had various roles in elements of GECAS' commercial processes overseeing pricing, aircraft placements, new aircraft purchase contracts, strategic marketing, product analysis, investment strategy, restructuring oversight and mature assets.
In 2015, Ted moved to the Risk Management function as Managing Director of Risk Analytics & Controls to lead GECAS’ regulatory “Get to Strong” effort. Ted currently has oversight of risk reporting, valuations, modelling, data management, capital planning, operational risk and internal controls.
Prior to joining GECAS, Ted spent nine years with Philip Morris Capital Corporation in New York City and Rye Brook, New York where he was Manager of Investment Analysis and Financial Reporting in Philip Morris' leasing subsidiary.
Ted graduated from Lehigh University in 1987 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and earned his MBA in international finance from NYU – Stern School of Business in 1996.
Ted is based in Norwalk, Connecticut.
