GECAS Customer App

If you already have a GECAS Extranet account, you can use it to log in to the GECAS Customer App.

As a GUEST user, you will be able to:

  • Search our inventory of Aircraft available for lease
  • Review high-level technical data on the aircraft
  • Search Engines available for lease
  • Review recent Engine Maintenance data
  • Browse Assets for Sale
  • Get the latest news from GECAS
  • Find and contact our global network of offices
  • Get to know our Executive Leadership team
  • Self-Register for an account

As a REGISTERED user, you will have access to all the features listed above, plus:

  • Enhanced Aircraft and Engine for lease listings
  • Access to the Marketing Brochure for selected Aircraft or Engines

FAQs

How do I get an account on the App?

  • Download GECAS Customer App from Apple App Store or Google Play Store to your mobile device. Open the app, click "REGISTER" button. On the Registration screen, fill in your first and last names, email address that you want to use as your User Login, password, and your Organization, then click "REGISTER" button. You will then receive an email titled "Your GECAS Customer App Account Activation". Click the link in the email, put in the Verification Code on the page, then click "Verify Code" to activate your Customer App access. Once activated, you will be able to log in to the Customer App.

I have the App but I can’t remember my password.

  • You can request a Password Reset right inside the app. Open GECAS Customer App, put your registered email address in the Email field, and click "Forgot Password" link, you will then receive an email on how to proceed with your password reset request.

What is my username?

  • Your username is your registered email address. There is no separate username to remember.

I logged in but don’t have access to the "My GECAS" menu option.

  • You need to be assigned customer access to see "My GECAS" menu option. Please email GECASCustomerSupport@ge.com, or contact your GECAS representative directly to request it.

I can’t get to the "Account" tab on "My GECAS".

  • You need to be assigned financial access to get to the "Account" tab. Please email GECASCustomerSupport@ge.com, or contact your GECAS representative directly to request it.

I can’t see the marketing brochure for an aircraft or engine.

  • Please contact GECAS and have them enable marketing brochure for the aircraft or engine you’re interested in. Please email GECASCustomerSupport@ge.com, or contact your GECAS representative directly, and provide the Model & MSN for the aircraft, or Manufacturer & ESN for an engine.

How do I change my personal details like Name, Organization, Email etc.?

I never received a ‘verification code’.

  • If you have requested an account or password reset and believe you should have received an email with a verification code, please also check your spam folder. If you are not sure you have requested one, please request one again and you will receive another verification code. If you keep having issues, please email GECASCustomerSupport@ge.com, or contact your GECAS representative directly.

What email address should I use?

  • If you work for a customer of GECAS, please use your work email address.
