GECAS Delivers First EMBRAER 170 Jet to LOT Polish Airlines

STAMFORD, Conn., March 8, 2004 - GE Commercial Aviation Services (GECAS) today announced it has delivered the first Embraer 170 airline to its lease customer LOT Polish Airlines. The airplane is scheduled to enter service before the end of March.

The new EMBRAER 170 fleet will support LOT’s expansion of its regional network from the Warsaw hub by providing more seat capacity and aircraft range to access new markets.

GECAS is leasing four Embraer 170 regional jet aircraft from its order book to LOT Polish Airlines. In addition, LOT currently leases 10 Boeing 737 aircraft and three Embraer 145 regional jet aircraft from GECAS.
